In order to make sure that the structures conform to the inclination specified in the project, we work accurately and have a maximum 0.2 degrees deviation threshold.
Each screw and clamp are carefully mounted to comply with the required tension and are checked by our quality control engineers.
In order to ensure a correct and sustainable pile driving we relay on state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified operators. We are concerned about both the accuracy of the alignment of the pillars as well as the strength and durability of the entire foundation.
We work with Turchi 300 F vibrosonets, manufactured in 2021 and 2023, with the beating power of the hydraulic hammer of 930 Joules, which can insert poles with length up to 6 meters.
Due to both qualified teams and the quality of the equipment used, today we have a working capacity of 200-350 poles introduced per day for each machine, which allows us to introduce between 400 and 700 pillars per day. This year, we will increases capacity to 600-1050 pillars introduced per day
Precise and project-compliant assembly of the photovoltaic power plant metallic structure is an essential aspect for the long-term sustainability of the installation.
Currently, our teams of specialists are able to perform the assembly of metal structures at a rate of 0.3 – 0.5 MWp per day. Our experience and know-how accumulated in large construction sites outside Romania allow us to streamline installation processes and provide high quality service.
We precisely coordinate each stage of the assembly, strictly adhering to project specifications to ensure that metal structures are correctly and properly integrated.

Each solar panel is carefully and accurately mounted by qualified specialists who make sure that it is properly integrated into the overall structure of the photovoltaic plant
